RGA issues anti-money laudering guidelines to the online gambling industry – 14 July 2010
The Remote Gambling Association (RGA) has today issued practical guidelines to help companies in the online gambling industry combat money laundering. They have been developed in the light of a report produced in 2009 for the RGA by MHA Consulting.

RGA & EGBA make a complaint against the Belgium gaming law – 23 June 2010
The Remote Gambling Association (RGA) and the European Gaming and Betting
Association (EGBA) have today lodged a joint complaint to the European Commission
on the basis that the recently adopted Belgian gambling legislation is not compliant with
EU law.
A number of elements of the Belgian legislation are designed to protect the domestic Belgian
gambling market from legitimate competition by putting in place unacceptable barriers to
new entrants seeking to offer online gambling.
